Floor Painting: Grid Quickly
The V-shaped profile of the “special angles” roller adapts well to the tracing of thin lines. The edges are not absolutely clear, but all the charm comes from this artisanal rendering. Hence the idea of using it for a colored grid (here of two colors) on a carpet of coconut fibers.

After materializing the traces by strained son blocked on both sides, the roll is used freehand.
To obtain a covering marking, load the periphery of the wheel: pour a small amount of paint in the bottom of a tray and roll several movements back and forth, without pressing to extract the last drops unlike a roller classic. Under pressure, the foam deforms and may thicken the line. When the line fades, reload the roulette wheel.
Try to get clean lines without using masking tape. namely, the “helping hand” is taken quickly.
This "burnt" polyester foam roller is normally used to give a "rustic rendering" relief to freshly applied coatings (facades and interiors). In version "paint roller", it offers a rather funny "leopard" speckled effect. Available in sleeves of small, medium and large width, the "special plaster" roll is used to visually animate an empty surface (a picture on a wall, for example). Here, the perimeter of the window is underlined by a strip made with a sleeve of small width (7.5 cm).
Paint with a rag
If the rag method requires time and patience to paint a speckled wall, pocket roll painting is a fun and fast technical alternative. It also offers a more regular result.
Take an ordinary roll of a width adapted to the surface to be covered. Style the sleeve of a plastic bag and bind it with rubber bands irregularly spaced (at an angle or perpendicular). Lightly fluff the plastic by pulling it between the elastics.
